Plum-honey is a  brandy produced from the plums with the addition of the clover honey.  Exquisite taste and odor resulting fine blending and harmonizing the top plum and gentle and fragrant honey. The brandy is produced in limited quantities following the traditional distilling process of the Ilić family.

Best enjoyed  as an aperitif chilled at 8-10°C.
