Premium fruit brandy produced from selected varieties of apples. Production begins with the squeezing of apple juice, which is distilled twice in fermentation after copper fermentation. The apple distillate then settles in oak barrels. It is served from high glasses as a glossy aperitif at a temperature of 16°C.
